1. Received Financial Sanction of the research project titled “Instrumentation, Real Time-Monitoring and Remediation of a steep soil slope" from Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB) at a total cost of Rs. 3503500/- (Rs. Thirty Five Lakh Three Thousand Five Hundred Only) for a duration of 36 months (commencing from 29th June 2019) as Early Career Research Award from Science and Engineering Research Board (SERB), (i.e., A Statutory Body Established Through an Act of Parliament : SERB Act 2008) Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.
2. Received Financial Sanction of Rs. 100000/- from State Council of Science, Technology and Environment (SCSTE) Meghalaya to carry out a project titled as "Ground improvement using Waste Plastic coated Bamboo Grid (WPBG) reinforced soils" at NIT Meghalaya.
3. Received Financial Sanction of Rs. 200000/- through minor research grant of TEQIP – III, NIT MEGHALAYA, INDIA to carry out a project titled as "Slope stability aspects of using Waste Plastic coated Bamboo Nails (WPBNs) as reinforcing elements" at NIT Meghalaya.
I. Received “Young Geotechnical Engineer” Award sponsored by Centre for Geomechanics and Railway Engineering, University of Wollongong, Australia and the Organizing Committee of ISGTI-2018 on 7-8 April, 2018.
II. Awarded for "Outstanding achievement from external agency for the year 2018-19" at Institute level from NIT Meghalaya.
III. Awarded as "Young Woman Researcher in Geotechnical Engineering” by VIWA 2022 under Venus International Foundation on 5th March, 2022.
IV. Awarded as "Leading Woman Educationist & Researcher” Award under India'
V. Awarded for "Outstanding Contribution towards S&T Application" by North East Centre for Technology Application and Reach (NECTAR) in association with NIT Meghalaya on 8th March 2022.
VI. International Travel Support (ITS) i.e., Financial assistance granted for participating in "Numerical Methods in Geotechnical Engineering 2023 (NUMGE2023), United Kingdom (26 June, 2023 to 28 June, 2023)" by SERB, Department of Science and Technology, Government of India.
VII. Selected as one of the top 75 Indian women leaders in the field of Geotechnical Engineering by the SC 15 committee (IGS Women Forum) of the Indian Geotechnical Society. My personal and professional journey till date are included in a book titled "Daughters of Indian Soil", to recognize 75 women leaders of Indian origin in Geotechnical Engineering, in line with the 75th year celebrations of IGS to be published during IGC 2023 (14-16 Dec 2023) at IIT Roorkee.
1. Delivered a talk on "Real Time-Monitoring of rainfall-Induced Slope Instability: A case study" on 10th of January, 2023 at College of Engineering, Bhubaneswar for a national level seminar conducted by the Institute.
2. Delivered a lecture on "CFD and Flow through porous media" on 6th December 2021 at NIT Meghalaya in the Short Term Course titled, "RECENT APPLICATIONS OF CFD IN CIVIL AND MECHANICAL ENGINEERING".
3. Delivered a lecture on 'GEOTECHNICAL DESIGN OF DRIVEN PILES UNDER AXIAL LOADS' on 26-03-2022 via online mode in the 10-Day FDP on "Soft Computing Techniques in Geotechnical Engineering with Emphasis on Pile Foundations" during 14th March to 26th March, 2022 jointly organized by Civil Engineering Department, Vardhaman College of Engineering and E&ICT Academy NIT Warangal.

Improved the facilities of Geotechnical Engineering Laboratory in Civil Engineering Department, NIT Meghalaya by adding the major laboratory and field soil testing equipments to carry out all the basic soil tests, i.e., Atterberg limits, Shear strength Properties, CBR properties, Compaction and Consolidation characteristics, Permeability, Grain size analyses, Relative Density, Bearing Capacity, etc.
