The organizing committee has decided to conduct the 4th ICEPE 2022 in Hybrid Mode (Virtual/Physical) considering the current pandemic scenario. 
1. Participants who have registered for virtual presentation, the registration fee and presentation instruction will remain the same.
 
2. There are two Registration Forms namely (1) Virtual Registration Form, (2) In-person Registration Form.
 
3. Any participants interested in physically attending the 4th ICEPE 2022 have to pay INR. 2000 /- in addition to the normal registration fee. The participants who have already paid the virtual registration fee, however interested in in-person registration (for Physical Participation Only), may pay an additional fee of INR. 2000 /-  separately to the same account as mentioned under the registration tab. Following the payment, please fill the In-person Registration Form.
 
4. NIT Meghalaya will not provide any accommodation facility for any participants.

ICEPE is an international forum for the exchange of recent advancement in electrical technologies and applications. The past three versions of ICEPE conference were organized successfully in the years 2015, 2018, 2020, respectively, at NIT Meghalaya and all the accepted papers are available in IEEE Xplore Digital Library. ICEPE-2022 with theme Sustainable Technologies for Smart Future is expected to bring together researchers, professors, students, practitioners and technocrats across academia, governmental/ non-governmental organization, and industry to discuss and share their recent works across all aspects of electrical engineering as well as related environmental issues. Distinguished people will be invited to deliver keynote speeches and invited talks on recent trends and significant developments in the emerging technologies. The theme of the conference is "Sustainable Technologies for Smart Future" and will emphasize on integration of sustainable technologies to encompass the variety of challenges effectively for smart future.


The scope of the conference is to promote a forum, where researchers and engineers involved with electrical power systems may exchange their experiences and present solutions for actual and future problems. The conference offers a platform to the prominent academicians and industrial practitioners from all over the world to discuss about the environmental problems, intensive international efforts to reduce emission of greenhouse gases and increased generation of electrical energy to facilitate industrial growth and presents a base for identifying directions for continuation of research
