Period of appointment: The appointment is for one semester only, i.e., Autumn Semester 2024 w.e.f. 20^th Sept to 20^th Dec 2024 (Purely on a temporary basis/ Contractual basis).

The selected candidate may be paid a consolidated pay of ₹50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand) only per month as per the institute norms.

How to apply: -

Interested candidates need to fill in the required data in the attached application form. The duly filled application form may be submitted in soft copy along with the scanned copies of original documents mentioned in the application form for verification.

1. The candidates must carry the duly filled original application form along with all the relevant original documents (with one set of Xerox copies) on the day of the walk-in interview. The mode of the Interview is Physical only, and requests for an online will not be entertained.
2. Incomplete application form shall not be considered for further process.
3. The duly filled application form may be sent to email id: hod.hss@nitm.ac.in

The subject of the email should be “Guest_Faculty_Post_candidate_name_HS_2024.”

4. The walk-in interview will be held on 19^th September 2024 from 09:30 am at the Department of HS, NIT Meghalaya, Bijni Complex, Laitumkhrah, Shillong.
5. The candidates are required to attend the walk-in interview in the Department of HS.

No separate email/correspondence will be sent to the candidates for the above interview.

6. No TA/DA will be provided for attending the interview.
7. The authority reserves the right of accepting/rejecting any or all the applications without assigning any reason thereof.
8. The above position is purely temporary.
9. Candidates must be ready to join on 20^th September, 2024, if selected.
