1. All registered graduands must attend the convocation rehearsal from 4 to 5PM on 27th Sep 2019 to be conducted at N I T campus. Contact person:  Dr. S. Debbarma, Mob: 9485177007.
2. Registered graduands not attending the Convocation Rehearsal on 27th Sep 2019 will not be permitted to attend the Convocation on 28th Sep 2019.
3. Local transport will be provided to the accommodated graduands.

4. Registered graduands arranging their own accommodation have to make their own travel arrangement as per the program schedule.
5. Accommodation for the medal recipients will be arranged by the institute in hotels.Contact person: Mr.Suman Kumar, Mob: 8709705539.
6. Alumni meet will be held at 5 PM in the Convocation venue.

7. Physical registration and Robe distribution will be on 27th Sep. during 10 AM to 2 PM at Mini Auditorium. Contact person: Dr. M. Saha, Mob-9485177032.
8. All registered graduands shall contact the respective marshal for sitting arrangement in the convocation venue:
9. Distribution of gown: Date: September 27. Time: 12pm-4pm for all degree recipients at Mini-auditorium.
10. Collection of gowns: Date: September 28. Time: 12:35pm -1:00pm & 3pm-4pm. Venue: CR8 (for BTech) & CR10 (PG & Ph.D).
