PAPER SUBMISSION

 

Author’s Guidelines

Prospective authors are invited to submit full papers (up to 6 pages in IEEE template) in PDF format. The conference paper template can be downloaded from the link http: // www.ieee.org / conferences events / conferences / publishing / templates.html.. All papers must include title, complete contact information of all the authors, abstract and key words on the first page.

 

Working Language

The working language of the conference is English, which will be used for all printed material, presentations and discussion.

Instruction to Authors for Paper Submission

The following paper submission policies will be applicable for ICEPE 2018.

Originality:

Papers submitted to ICEPE 2018 should contain original research/study and should not have been published or submitted for publication elsewhere. The IEEE anti-plagiarism policy is applicable to all submissions. Only the author(s) is responsible for any plagiarized submission.

Final Paper Submission Process:

While uploading the paper, the authors should provide the details of co-authors (if any), the title of the paper, an abstract of no more than 200 words, and keywords in the respective text boxes in the paper submission page. At the end author must upload the paper. All papers must be submitted in PDF document only.
Note that for the manuscript to be included in the program and the proceedings of the conference and to be sent to IEEE Xplore, following conditions must be fulfilled.

STEP 1: Upload of final version of the paper after checking the compatability from IEEE PDF eXpress and taking into account the comments received from reviewers.

Before Creating a PDF

• Add the copyright notice to the bottom left of the first page of your source document (paper).
  The copyright notice is: 978-1-5386-4769-1/18/$31.00 ©2018 IEEE
• Proofread your source document thoroughly to confirm that it will require no revision.

Creating your IEEE PDF eXpress account

Log in to the IEEE PDF eXpress TM site.

First-time users should do the following:

1. Select the New Users - Click Here link.
2. Enter the following details:
   • 43670X for the Conference ID
   • your email address
   • a password
3. Continue to enter information as prompted.

An online confirmation will be displayed, and an email confirmation will be sent verifying your account setup.

Previous users should do the following:

Previous users of IEEE PDF eXpress TM need to follow the above steps but should enter the same password that was used for previous conferences. Verify that your contact information is valid.

STEP 2: Transfer of copyright to IEEE.

• Please click here to download IEEE copyright document in editable format.
• Please fill the IEEE copyright form and send the same to this email id: copyrighticepe@nitm.ac.in mentioning the subject as 'Paper id'.

NOTE: Without copyright form papers will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore.

STEP 3: Registration of one of the authors or representative using FULL registration and associating the paper ID at the time of registration. To register for the conference please go to Fees & online registration
