Best Paper Award will be presented in each of the following tracks. The winners of the best paper under each track will be announced after the conference and will provided a certificate, and Rs: 5000/- Cash Prize.

Track-2: Renewable Energy Sources
Track-3: Advanced Power Converters
Track-4: Signal Processing and Communication Technologies
Track-5: Environmental Pollution
Track-6: Smart Building Technologies

1. All accepted papers presented at the conference will be considered for the Best Paper Award nomination by the respective session chairs. The contents presented at the paper presentation should be of original research results.
2. The award will be given to the Presenting Author.
3. The various technical points, such as the significance of the new findings/applications, technical merits, originality, potential impact, and clarity of presentation, will be considered in determining the winners.
4. Based on the recommendation from the session chairs of each session, selected papers under the six tracks (Track -1 to 6) will be further evaluated by an independent expert committee that is led by the TPC Chair.

Applicants participating in this competition must be an author or co-author of any paper submitted to this conference. He or she must register as an author or co-author as per the registration fee reflected on the conference website.

Guidelines

1. Ph.D. Thesis must be within the theme of the conference.
2. Ph.D degree must be awarded during 30.04.2022 and 30.04.2023 only.
3. The age limit is 35 yrs as on 30.04.2023.
4. The applications will be screened by the expert technical committee.
5. The 05 (five) best Thesis will be shortlisted for presentation before the committee.
6. The 03(Three) Best Thesis will be selected based on the presentation, organization of ppts and question and answer.
7. Best 3 Thesis Talk Award will be considered with a cash prize of Rs:10,000/- each

Guidelines

1. Participants should submit one application form by the due date. The application must be submitted with a brief bio and expertise in the professional field.
2. The age limit is 40 yrs as on 30.04.2023.
3. Based on the number of applications, the screening may be carried out.
4. The applications will be screened by the expert technical committee.
5. Minimum 5 yrs in Professional life with excellent contributions in their respective fields.
6. Shortlisted Professionals may be invited for presentation.
7. The presentation will be in a hybrid mode based on convenience.
8. The best one of above two categories will be considered with a cash prize of each Rs:10,000/-
