Notification Shortlisted candidates for PhD Programme under Full Time Category

Based on the online applications received, the initial shortlisted candidates are called for appearing the Online Preliminary Written Test/Interview on the following date and time.

Preliminary written test/ interview (1st round screening) 6th -7th July 2021 (depending upon the number of candidates, it may be extended by a day)                        
Document verification and Final Interview 8th July 2021 (10:00 am onwards)
Mode Through online mode (Google meet)

Instructions to candidates

  1. The Preliminary written test/ interview will be conducted by the respective department through online mode. The link with the detailed guidelines will shared by the concerned department to the candidates via email.
  2. Based on the performance in the preliminary written test/ interview, the candidates will be eligible to appear for the final interview. The concerned department will notify the candidates who are shortlisted for the Final Interview.
  3. Prior to the final interview, the candidates have to attend an online document verification process to be conducted by the concerned department as per the date and time mentioned above and link for the same will be shared by the concerned department.
  4. Only after successful verification of documents, the candidates can proceed to the online interview. Instructions and guidelines including the time and link for joining the online interview will be mailed by the concerned department. Hence, candidates are required to check their email frequently for updates.
  5. The concerned Department will notify the detailed schedule and any other guidelines (depending on the feasibility) for completing the process.
  6. The candidates must keep ready and submit all their scanned copies of certificates, marksheets, etc during the online document verification process. Those candidates in their final year have to mention properly in the summary sheet their pending documents if not yet received from the last Institute attended.
  7. Candidates should be present as per the allotted date and time. Request for rescheduling the written test/interview date or time will not be entertained.
  8. Candidates should ensure they have a proper working web camera, microphone and an uninterrupted internet connection. A laptop or desktop with the aforementioned peripherals and internet connection is suited for the purpose.
