Help Center – JoSAA/CSAB-2024 Workflow

Help Center (HC) is arranged in Computing Lab of Old Computer Centre Building
HC will start functioning from June 10, 2024, till the closing of the JoSAA/CSAB-2024 seat allotment process
HC role is to help and guide the candidates and their parents/guardians about the seat allocation and verification/query resolution process, even on the non-reporting days.
Candidates/parents/guardian may approach HC for needful related to registration, filling-in of choices, document uploading, verification, etc., or other information related to B.Tech admission
On arrival of candidate in HC during 10:00 - 17:00 timings, a designated staff member (Mr. Bandonlang Wahlang- +91 9402102418) shall contact over phone to the following faculty members in order for needful in the help center

The faculty member shall visit the help center i.e. Computing Lab of Old Computer Centre Building to extend support to the candidate//parents/guardian

Further, any updates during admission process shall inform time to time.
