Instructions to candidates
1. All guidelines including the time and room allotted for the written test and interview will be communicated by the concerned department, the same will also be displayed in the notice board placed in front of the administrative block of the Institute. The candidates may also be contacted by email from the concern departments; hence, candidates are required to check their email frequently for updates.
2. The interview will be held on the same day in the second half and only those candidates who have successfully cleared the written test will have to appear for the interview. Prior to the interview, the shortlisted candidates will have to attend a document verification process to be conducted by the concern department. The time & room allotment for the Document Verification will also be displayed in the notice board as mentioned above. Only after successful verification of documents, the candidates can proceed to the interview.
3. The candidates must keep ready all their certificates (caste/EWS/PWD etc), marksheets, ID proof etc during the document verification process.
4. Candidates should be present as per the allotted date and time. Request for rescheduling the written test and/or interview date or time will not be entertained.
