Admission Procedure for Ph. D Programme under Sponsored (Part time ) Category, Spring 2019

Candidates are advised to read all the instructions carefully. Make the balance payment. Organize all the documents in order. Be present during physical admission with all the documents.

Provisionally selected candidates have to confirm their admission by making payment and completing admission process by 1st Feb, 2019 at the Institute, else their candidature will be cancelled.

Admission process starts at the Institute from 28th January 2019 - Ist Feb, 2019 and selected candidates can report at the Academic Section (Room-10, Deans’ Block) with all required documents and payment receipt.

Top sheet to be filled and signed by candidate (Download Format).

Latest passport size photographs(Three nos)

Admission Payment Receipts. (See Step II, Payment Process)

All Educational Mark Sheets and Experience Certificates (Original & one set of self-attested copy).

NOC/ Sponsorship letter (In case the candidate has not submitted original during the interview).

Caste Certificate (Original & one set self attested copy). {For OBC, Certificate issued must be latest}.

Employee Identity Card (Original & one set of self-attested copy)

Proof of Date of Birth (Original & one set self-attested copy).

Aadhar Card & Voter’s ID (Original & one set of self-attested copy)

First page photocopy of SBI Bank Account only for account details.

Copies of Publications and Journals if any.

The Institute reserves the right to cancel the admission of a selected candidate in case of non-fulfilment of eligibility criteria or furnishing false documents at any point of time.
