Notification for releasing results of PRELIMS

NOTIFICATION

 

This is for information of all concerned that based on the performance in the Preliminary Tests for the posts of Technical Assistant, Technician and Laboratory Attendant in various Departments and Centres of NIT Meghalaya which were conducted on 14.09.2021 and 15.09.2021 through online mode (Google Classroom) and with the approval of the Competent Authority, the lists of candidates shortlisted to appear for the Stage-II Mains Examination are available in the links below. The complete results and marks obtained by all candidates who successfully submitted their responses in the tests for the various posts are also available below.

Candidates who have qualified for Stage-II Mains Examination are instructed to note the following important points:

  1. The date, time, venue, pattern of examination, syllabus and other details/ instructions of the Stage-II Main Examination will be intimated on a later date.
  2. The Stage-II Main Examination may be held in offline or blended online and offline mode depending upon the situation of the COVID-19 pandemic in the country and Shillong in particular.
  3. All information and updates will be uploaded on the Institute website, as and when the final decision is taken by the Institute authorities.
  4. The same shall also be shared with the qualified candidates through their registered Gmail ID through which they had appeared for the Preliminary Test.
  5. The candidates are instructed to check the Institute website and their Gmail inbox regularly for updates.
  6. Candidates who have applied for the post of Technical Assistant, Technician or Laboratory Attendant in more than one Department and have passed the Preliminary Test shall note that they will have to appear for the Stage-II Main Examinations separately for the post of Technical Assistant, Technician or Laboratory Attendant for all Departments applied for. In order to accommodate such candidates, the examinations will be conducted either at different time or on different dates so that such candidates can appear for all the examinations accordingly.
