Based on the performance in the interview, the candidates as listed in Annexure I are provisionally recommended for admission under Full Time Category for Spring 2022 and the candidates  listed in Annexure II are placed in the waiting list.

  1. The recommended candidates are required to confirm their seat by paying the requisite fees on or before 14-01-2021 and the soft copy of fee receipts should be immediately mailed after payment to for verification. If payment is not received within the due date, it will be considered that the candidate is not interested and the seat of that particular candidate will be treated as cancelled and the candidate from the waiting list (if any) will be called for admission.
  2. Payment portal will be activated from 3th January 2022. Hostel fees are mandatory for all Full Time candidates.  Check fee structure from here Autumn 2021 Admission Fee Structure . Payment process is given below;

    • A page for details of payment will open. Under Select Payment Category, select
      • PH.D NEW ADMISSION 2022 (FULL TIME) (sl no 1-14, 17 & 18 of the fee structure )
      • HOSTEL FEES (NEW HOSTELLER) (only for sl no 15,16 &19 of the fee structure)
    •  Please read the complete page carefully before filling up.
    •  Please fill all the required details. If roll no is required, enter serial no of merit list (as mentioned in the annexure) in the space of “Roll No”. Click on the SUBMIT button.
    • A page to verify details and confirm this transaction will appear. Click on the CONFIRM button if your details are correct.
    • You will be directed to payment page.
    • Complete the payment process by selecting the mode of payment that you wish.
    •  Save the fee receipts, soft copies should be email to the address mentioned above and hard copy is to be submitted when required.
    • In case if you want to re-generate the fee receipt, you can google “how to download e-receipt from SBI collect payment history”.
  • Only the candidates who have confirmed their seat by paying the requisite fees can proceed for the online admission which is scheduled to be held on 24th -25th Jan 2022. The detailed online admission procedure for the same will be uploaded in the Institute website shortly.
  • If there is any vacancy in the department, the waitlisted candidate will be contacted through email after 14-01-22 and they must follow the payment instructions as mentioned in pt 2.
  • The candidates must keep ready the scanned copies of payment receipts, certificates, marksheets, etc for uploading during the online admission process.
  • The scholarship/stipend will be effective from the date of admission only for scholars who are eligible to receive the scholarship/stipend as per Institute rules and regulations. However, scholarship/stipend will be released with retrospective effect only when they are physically present in the campus by following the Institute/Govt COVID protocols.
