Five-day Workshop on “Ethical Use of AI in Research” (30th October 2025 to 4th November 2025)

The Department of Humanities and Social Sciences, NIT Meghalaya organized a five-day workshop on "Ethical Use of AI in Research " from 30.10.2025 to 4.11.2025. The major objective of the workshop was to promote the use of AI in the research process in an ethical and transparent manner. The event targeted the PhD scholars of NIT Meghalaya. The experts were from diverse disciplines of technology, sciences, humanities, social sciences and behavioural sciences. This created a platform for an interdisciplinary approach towards the use of AI in research settings.
