Transportation: Buses are available from Institute to Hostel and Hostel to Institute every working day. The exact schedule of bus will be available in the hostel. Caretaker and wardens of the respective hostels may be contacted.

Note:

If the student misses the bus, they can take a taxi. The fare from Laitumkhrah taxi stand (near NIT Meghalaya) to Lapalang taxi stand is approximately Rs. 50 and the taxi fare from Laitumkhrah to Kench’s Trace (KT) is approx. Rs 50 (till Bishnipur).
