NOTIFICATION

In continuation of Notification No. NITMGH/ES/REC/N-F/Vol.IV /2021-22/903 dated 25.10.2021, this is for the information of those candidates who are not able to arrange for an electronic device (desktop PC, laptop, tab, mobile phone, etc.) with integrated facilities of webcam and microphone and have opted for appearing in the examination in person in the campus of NIT Meghalaya at Bijni Complex, Laitumkhrah, Shillong 793003, that on the day of the Mains Examination, they are required to bring along with them a valid Identity Card (in original) for verification at the Institute gate and by the concerned invigilator. The candidates may bring any one of the following Identity Cards in original for the purpose:

  1. Voter’s ID card (EPIC)
  2. Driver’s License
  3. Aadhar Card
  4. PAN card
  5. Passport
  6. Any other Government issued ID card.

In case of any query or discrepancy, the candidates are advised to email immediately to the Helpdesk at the email staff_recruitment[at]nitm.ac.in. The candidates are once again advised to check the Institute website regularly for updates and to ensure that the Gmail ID registered with NIT Meghalaya remains active for receiving the Google Classroom invitation(s).
