Guest House Facility:

In the hostel, one guest house is available which has 02 double bed rooms, 01 single bed rooms available for booking on payment basis per day charge Rs. 1000/-.

Transportation:

Institute provides 24- and 32-seater buses (total 04 nos) to the hostellers to commute from Hostel to Institute on a daily basis.

Security System in Hostel:

  1. Security personnel are available 24x7. Four Security personnel in three shifts (One in each Morning and Afternoon Shift and Two at Night Shift) are deployed in the Hostel.
  2. Logbooks are being maintained at the entrance to monitor entry/exit of the hostellers, staff and visitors.
  3. Total 06 numbers of CCTV cameras are installed at the entrance and inside the hostel premises for the security and safety of students.

Recreational Activities at Hostel:

  • At the hostel, on every Independence Day and Republic Day, National Flag hoisting event is conducted and the hostel is decorated to celebrate the same by the warden and students hostel committee.
  • Cultural programmes and sports activities are organized by the hostel committee under the supervision of warden on the eve of Independence and Republic Day.
  • All national festivals are celebrated with communal harmony at the hostel.
  • An initiative of the Annual Intra Hostel Sports Tournament is conducted by the hostel committee and with the help of institute authorities every year on suitable occasions.
  • Cleanliness drives are conducted by students to facilitate hygienic and clean hostel.
  • Sapling plantation activities conducted on various occasions (Earth Day, Environment Day, Unity Day).
