Essential qualifications

(i) M.Sc. in Chemistry or equivalent degree with at least 55% marks for General & OBC (50% for SC/ST candidates, Physically and Visually handicapped candidates)

(ii) GATE/NET qualification

Age limit

30 years (relaxation as per norms and guidelines of the institute)

Emoluments

(i) Rs. 37,000/- per month for first two years

(ii) Rs. 42,000/- for the final year

(iii) Accommodation will be as per institute norms

(The fellowship is available for a maximum period of 3 years or until the end of the project.)

Benefits

The selected candidates are allowed to pursue a Ph.D. as per the Institute's norms.
