Essential qualification

Candidates with a B.Tech. in Electronics & Communication Engineering or related field of Engineering. Candidates must have completed 6 semesters of their course.

M.Tech. in Microelectronics / VLSI / Electronics or related fields etc. Cadidates must have completed 2 semesters of their course.  

Note: Candidates with knowledge and with hands-on-experience on Silvaco TCAD Software & COMSOL Multiphysics Softwares will be given preference. 

Emoluments

Fixed Pay of Rs. 20,000/- per month
